The roses are over now but boy did they look stunning with the Lady's Mantle from the garden.
 Have been experimenting with sourdough. Using River Cottage Bread book and Bread matters as reference, have had a new starter using wholemeal flour on the go now for around 2 months. It's doing pretty well - baking at the weekend and keeping the starter in the fridge during the week - kind of like going at out at the weekends for the starter!
